Помниться закон об иноагенстве тоже подразумевал взаимодействие с иностранными организациями, но спустя пары-тройки внесённых изменений в список иноагентов уже вносят всех, кто не согласен с повесткой властей. Т.е априори оппoзиции быть запрещено ???

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
