Это было бы удивительно, если бы Россия, которая является главной страной в ОДКБ, просила кого-то о помощи на своей собственной территории. Вот кого вы собираетесь привлечь на помощь России в Курской области? Казахов хотите привлечь или армян? Кого? Какие-то глупые вопросы задаете.
