Возможно, политолог прав, когда пишет: появился феномен губернаторов 3.0, которые в принципе стали продвигать какую-то собственную повестку, порой даже вступая в конфронтацию с федеральным центром. Однако на всякий случай напомню автору, что у волгоградского губернатора фамилия Бочаров.
