Власти Бурятии и Улан-Удэ начали в полной мере реализовать принятый в прошлом году закон о штрафах для частных котельных, вредящих окружающей среде.
Владельцам «дымогарок» предлагают добровольно зарегистрироваться и платить по 300 рублей в год, в противном случае их поймают как «нелегалов» и обложат куда более крупным штрафом - от 30 до 100 тысяч рублей.
Кампания против «загрязнителей неба» из числа частных предпринимателей началась в Бурятии в 2021-м. На сегодняшний день уже более трех тысяч владельцев таких котельных встали на учет, однако их намного больше. Рано или поздно зарегистрироваться придется всем.
Тем временем, поиск решения главной экологической проблемой Улан-Удэ - загрязнения воздуха из частного сектора - продолжается.
