Помимо обычного повышения в рамках тарифной политики РЖД сказался также дефицит провозных мощностей, высокая нагрузка на железную дорогу и переток пассажиров из аэропортов, которые работают с перебоями из-за атак дронов.
Однако в целом такой резкий рост цен (намного выше темпов официальной инфляции) у государственного монополиста не имеет объяснения, если принимать на веру, что правительство и правда борется с ростом цен. @neoreshkins
