Отмечается, что пакет включает в себя боеприпасы для систем ПВО, реактивных систем залпового огня HIMARS, артиллерийские снаряды калибров 155 и 105 миллиметров, противотанковые средства и свыше 15 миллионов патронов для стрелкового оружия.
Блинкен подчеркнул, что это последний пакет помощи Киеву в уходящем году.
