По его словам, ни один новый пакет помощи сейчас не находится в работе и не планируется. Он отмечает, что у его подразделения закончились возможности.
Больше того, он не в курсе, пришла ли в Украину хотя бы часть вооружений из этого последнего пакета: «Иногда на это нужны пара недель или больше».
