‼️Верховный суд Беларуси признал командира 118-го карательного батальона Константина Смовского виновным в геноциде белорусского народа.
Гособвинитель уточнил, что батальон был сформирован на базе украинского националистического формирования. Взят под крыло гитлеровцами, дислоцировался в Логойском районе в Плещеницах, откуда каратели с января 1943 года регулярно выезжали на карательные акции.
В связи со смертью Смовского обвинительный приговор постановлен без назначения наказания.
