По словам специалиста, у таких людей достаточно мощная защита от нового варианта COVID-19. Они могут заболеть разве что бессимптомно, и это только укрепит иммунитет, отметил Болибок.
Омикрон-штамм коронавируса, или B.1.1.529, обнаружили в Ботсване и ЮАР в ноябре. По мнению специалистов, им могут заражаться переболевшие и вакцинированные. Новый вариант выявили уже в 110 странах, в том числе и в России. Он распространяется быстрее предыдущего штамма "дельта" и становится доминирующим.
