Оформлением стенда занималась местная художница Мария Кукушкина. По словам девушки, она совместила собственную практику вышивки крестиком, Городецкую роспись, образы, связанные с Нижегородской областью, и пиксель-арт.
На вопрос корреспондента NewsNN, не ассоциируется ли нечеткое изображение с нечеткими целями Нижегородской области, Кукушкина ответила отрицательно. Она считает, что не нужно искать «смысловых коннотаций».
