ЧП произошло 22 сентября на улице Скрипки. Одному из нападавших не понравилось, что мужчина слишком близко подошел к его беременной жене. Прохожий пытался понять, что от него хотят, но вместо ответа получил внезапный удар по лицу. Его товарищ пытался остановить нападавшего, но его избил второй мужчина. При этом якобы беременная женщина и ее подруга стояли и наблюдали за происходящим и не пытались остановить своих мужчин.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
