(بخش سوم)
ادبیات حقوق بشر بینالمللی همانند هر رشته و موضوع تخصصی دیگری، ساختار خود را داشته و از دایره لغات مشخصی استفاده میکند. کارشناسان و دیپلماتهای حاضر در مجامعی همچون شورای حقوق بشر یا کمیته سوم مجمع عمومی، بعد از مدتی با این ادبیات آشنا شده و از آن برای بیان اظهارنظرهای شفاهی و نگارش بیانیههای مکتوب بهره میبرند.
از این به بعد در مقاطع مختلف، ده جمله از عباراتی که بارها در مجامع حقوق بشری با آنها برخورد میشود در اینجا بارگزاری میشود. امید که کانال مطالعات حقوق بشر بهعنوان اولین و تنها کانال تخصصی حوزه حقوق بشر بینالمللی، نقشی در ارتقای توان حرفهای و عملیاتی خوانندگان فرهیخته خود داشته باشد.
