Срок реализации проекта индустриального парка «Вектор» — до 2025 года. Сейчас площадка обеспечена всей инженерной и транспортной инфраструктурой. Прямо к площадке, в главный корпус завода, подходят железнодорожные пути — подобных площадок в Хабаровском крае нет. Инвестор проекта — компания «Вектор». Якорный резидент — завод металлических конструкций, остальные — компании, производящие строительную продукцию.
