Существующие проблемы дефицита медицинских и педагогических работников в десятках регионов страны не решить только прибавками к зарплате - хотя и безусловно нужными.

Необходимы дополнительные социальные гарантии, которые позволят в значительной степени упорядочить внерабочий, семейный быт медиков и педагогов и создать условия для максимальной эффективности их работы. В частности, одним из таких условий может стать обеспечение детям врачей и учителей мест в детсадах в первоочередном порядке.

Соответствующий законопроект депутатов фракции ЛДПР внесён в Госдуму.
