Слушая ректора РУДН, бывшего Министра образования, причастного к внедрению в России Болонской системы, и призывающего не отменять еë во имя международного признания В. Филиппова, Председатель Думы сказал: «Владимир Васильевич, оставьте высокую политику политикам и занимайтесь образованием. А то у нас политикой занимаются те, кто потом ни за что не отвечает, а образованием - те, кто в нëм ничего не понимает».
