В пример она привела главу Вологодской области Георгия Филимонова, который установил выплату 50 тысяч рублей за рождение ребёнка в его регионе.
— А дальше можешь уезжать с ребёнком, улучшив статистику здесь, в Вологде, — пояснила Останина.
Она настаивает на том, что необходимо прекратить эту гонку по выплатам и сделать государственную политику в области демографии по-настоящему государственной, федеральной, не отдавая меры поддержки на откуп регионалам.
— Не должна мама волноваться, в каком регионе рождается её ребёнок, — подытожила депутат.
