The U.S. Secret Service has released a statement following tonight’s ramming incident at a exterior checkpoint of the White House Complex in Washington, stating: “At approximately 10:37 p.m., an individual drove a vehicle into the Secret Service vehicle gate located at 17th & E St, NW, in Washington, D.C. The individual was arrested & the vehicle was assessed and deemed safe. Our investigation into the cause of this collision is ongoing.”

🇺🇸 North Carolina. 38-year-old accountant Benjamin Michael Campbell arrested after allegedly opening fire on a MAGA supporter (62-year-old Mark Thomas) over a Trump sign, according to the Daily Mail.

"He was driving along, saw the sign, slammed on his brakes, you know, had a political trigger moment, and he just had to tear the sign down," Thomas said.

Campbell was later arrested and charged with Class C felony assault. He is facing 17 years in prison.
