When I refer to how presentable people used to be, naysayers will always refer to the poor conditions that many lived in (which I also discuss). But, not only did many (certainly not all) poor people still look smarter than modern times, let me point out that even for wealthy people, looking smart required a great deal more effort than it does today. But, despite this, they still managed. Only very rich people could have showers in the late 1800s, and even then, they'd be awful compared to basic systems nowadays. Only the very rich had indoor toilets, while everyone else had to use outdoor lavatories and have freezing cold baths. We can make all the excuses we want as to why we've let ourselves decline, but at the end of it all, we, and therefore society, are products of our own efforts.

#IanWatkins - Anyone who knows anything about the criminal underworld knows that a great many people who end up in the criminal fraternity suffered childhood abuse and/or were traumatised in care. Serious violence and murder are obviously wrong, but the real victims here are the children and the adults who have to share a space with child abusers. As mad as it sounds, in these cases, above all, the perpetrators tend to be the victims as opposed to the animal who was so void of a moral compass that they treated children as livestock. A huge number of abused individuals may go on to commit crimes, but they do not use their abuse and an excuse to hurt children. Once someone does that, their trauma and all sympathy mean nothing, nor does their existence. Anyone to wish such an animal to #RIP are simply afraid because they can see themselves in his shoes, and therefore, they're exposing their inner demons. The type of detachment it takes to hurt a child is a form of incurable, sexual sadism. This is NOT something you can rehabilitate. They will never, ever change because it's their preference. The fact that they're often given protected wings should tell you just how well aware the authorities are of how unacceptable their presence is. Ian was due for release soon, while people who've never overstepped that line will never see the light of day again. I utterly condemn anyone who sympathises with a man who doesn't deserve the chances he took from children and hope the many hidden pedophiles in society see the possible consequences of their actions. They deserve no help, no sympathy, and no gravestone. On this, not one person with a moral compass should disagree. I have found good in ex dealers, robbers, and even those who've served www.group-telegram.com/been accused of murder/attempted murder. But never should anyone ever make excuses for the sort of people who believe their sick desires are more important than the future of a child.
