Согласно решению суда, основанному на судебной экспертизе, Жилищник принял и оплатил лавочки, не соответствовавшие ТЗ на момент приемки. Всё это время Жилищник, Управа района и Префектура СЗАО убеждали меня и ОЭБиПК в том, что лавочки были годные при приемке, а потом внезапно заржавели и облезли.
