В Никольском работает музей Николая Рубцова, открытый больше трех десятилетий назад. Учреждение расположено в бывшем административном корпусе Никольского детского дома.

Внутри — личные вещи поэта (часы, шляпа, пальто), томик Тютчева, с которым Рубцов не расставался, воссозданная обстановка квартиры времен жизни в Вологде, переводы на разные языки, никольские адреса.

Для небольшого села музей, конечно, грандиозный. Сюда часто заглядывают поклонники Рубцова — стали традиционными поэтические вечера у костра на берегу реки Толшмы (ежегодный праздник «Рубцовский костёр» в конце июля-начале августа).

Хотя проклинает проезжий
Дороги моих побережий,
Люблю я деревню Николу,
Где кончил начальную школу!

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
