Генеральный директор хоккейного клуба «Авангард» Герман Чистяков сообщил о возможных планах провести Матч звезд в Омске. По его словам, запрос на организацию мероприятия уже поступил от губернатора Виталия Хоценко.
– Насколько мне известно, запрос на проведение Матча звезд в Омске в сезоне-2026/27 от губернатора направлен. Поэтому вполне возможно, что это все-таки произойдет в Омске. И мы, как и положено «Авангарду», сделаем все по высшему разряду. Если событие состоится, то мы постараемся сделать так, чтобы это был лучший Матч звезд за всю историю проведения таких событий.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
