«Если бы все было сделано в 2022 году, как и поручал президент, никаких сложностей бы сейчас не было. Людям не нужно было бы клеить на столбы объявления, если потеряется кот. Зарегистрированное животное легко может быть найдено, передано владельцу, так как в базе будет ID владельца, его адрес. А еще такой учет решит проблему безалаберных хозяев, которые выкидывают собак на улицу в садовом кооперативе, а они потом кого-то кусают. Теперь найти такого хозяина будет просто», - отметил депутат.
