Сегодня на очередной десятой сессии Якутской городской думы было принято решение которое по сути отменяет прямые выборы Главы города Якутска. Я лично и наша фракция партии «Новые люди» голосовали против.
Между тем в материалы к Сессии для ознакомления не было приложено письмо за подписью всех депутатов-авторов законодательной инициативы. Во время сессии депутат от КПРФ Айаан Васильев спрашивал фамилии, но ему отказались отвечать.
Согласно регламента Якутской городской Думы, всем депутатам должны были направить электронно либо на бумажном носителе все необходимые документы для ознакомления. Соответственно решение было принято с нарушениями.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
