Так как это типа не выгодно европейской науке. Так надо им «послать сигнал», как они сами говорят. Прекратить это сотрудничество. Продолжение работы ОИЯО с ЦЕРНом будет выглядеть странно. Если наука вне политики (особенно ядерная, да), то нужно подходить к вопросу объективно.
