Получается, у мобилизованных нечто вроде декрета. Только совсем нерадостного. Но последствия таких кадровых решений будут похожими. Вот, слава богу, вернулся работник с фронта. А на его месте вовсю брушит молодой пацан. Уже получается, уже в коллектив вжился, да и начальству нравится. И куда их обоих девать, если ставка одна,, а двух одинаковых специалистов предприятию и не надо?

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
