Последние полгода платежи по QR-коду были дешевле, чем по карте на 20%. Теперь комиссии за операции по SberPay QR снова приравняли к тарифам торгового эквайринга.
Это значит, что за оплату по кодам продавцы будут платить от 1,25% до 2,5% — в зависимости от категории магазинов и оборотов бизнеса.
Перестало действовать и специальное предложение для новых клиентов. Согласно ему, комиссия по торговому эквайрингу составляла 1%, а по SberPay QR — 0,8%.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
