Выставка КАСАНИЕ — это первое самоорганизованное культурное событие, объединяющее более 50 ультрасовременных художников из Красноярска и Иркутска.
Цель проекта — актуализация и укрепление культурных связей между регионами.
Основная тема — Касание — многозначна и дает широкий простор для интерпретации. Выставка станет первым опытом подобного соприкосновения Красноярского и Иркутского искусства.
Программа открытия:
18:30 — сбор гостей, самостоятельный осмотр выставки; 19:00 — официальная часть; 19:15 — кураторская экскурсия; 19:50 — трогательный перформанс с участием художников из Красноярска; 20:00 — паблик-ток с кураторами.
Площадкой для проведения выставки и обмена опытом станет Центр современного искусства «Огонь» (г. Иркутск).
Проект реализуется при поддержке Сибирского института развития креативных индустрий.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
