Рабочая группа по СВО внесла в Госдуму законопроект, предусматривающий возможность передачи конфискованного оружия на нужды фронта.
Андрей Турчак приводит статистику: из 250 тысяч единиц изъятого оружия, которое сегодня хранится в территориальных подразделениях МВД, утилизации подлежат более 70 тысяч, и как правило, оно исправно и может быть использовано.
Речь идет об изъятом, конфискованном, а также об оружии и боеприпасах к нему, добровольно сданных собственниками на уничтожение. То же самое будет с оружием, сданным владельцами на хранение в Росгвардию и невостребованным ими более года.
Подготовленный законопроект регламентирует его передачу Миноброны и Росгвардии.
