Об этом рассказал Губернатор области: «Хочу всех успокоить: с 1 января 2021 года не планировалось увеличение тарифов. Плата за отопление «растет», потому что температуру теплоносителя приходится держать значительно выше среднегодовых значений. Таких экстремальных морозов в Вологодской области не было за последние 10 лет. Поэтому все котельные работают с огромным перетоком – на 20-40 процентов выше от среднегодовой мощности»
