Жилищное агентство Выборгского района разослало в УК, ТСЖ и ЖСК письма, в которых просят организации сделать из подвалов укрытия в соответствии с ГОСТ. Судя по всему, работа обязательная, так как жилищное агентство ждет, что будет получать отчеты дважды в месяц.
Также выяснилось, что подобные просьбы получили организации в других районах города. Видимо, Смольный решил переложить ответственность за защиту граждан на жилищников.
