24-26 апреля в реке Ишим у села Абатское ожидается достижение отметок опасного явления «половодье» (960 см) с дальнейшим подъемом уровня воды и затоплением пойменных территорий. Об этом сообщает Обь-Иртышское управление по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу окружающей среды.
Ожидается затопление домов, садоводческих участков, низководных мостов, сельскохозяйственных земель, нарушение дорожного сообщения между населенными пунктами.

WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
