Задержан гражданин России, изъявший из оборудованного украинскими спецслужбами тайника две емкости с опасными химическими веществами, вызывающими ожоги дыхательных путей с возможным дальнейшим летальным исходом, которые он планировал залить в воздуховоды автомобилей работников указанного предприятия.
Деятельность террориста координировалась с территории Украины посредством зарубежных интернет-мессенджеров, что подтверждается информацией в изъятых у него средствах связи.
