Установлен гражданин РФ 1975 г.р., зарегистрированный в городе Керчь. Мужчина, используя псевдоним Ай Яй, со своей страницы в мессенджере Telegram разместил комментарий, содержащий публичное оправдание атаки БпЛА на резиденцию президента РФ в Кремле.
В отношении гражданина возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного статьей 205.2 УК РФ (публичные призывы к осуществлению террористической деятельности, публичное оправдание терроризма или пропаганда терроризма).
