Новотроицкий городской суд Оренбургской области заключил под стражу 53-летнего фигуранта уголовного дела. Как ранее писал «Оренбург Медиа», 53-летнего мужчину обвиняют в насильственных действиях сексуального характера по отношению к девочке, недостигшей 14-летнего возраста.
С учетом того, что что на момент совершения преступления у фигуранта была непогашенная судимость за аналогичное деяние, суд удовлетворил ходатайство следствия. Обвиняемого поместили под стражу на срок один месяц и 29 дней — до 5 октября.
