По мнению депутатов, это именно то, что сегодня необходимо жителям города. Если сегодня с бабушки, торгующей яблоками и цветами со своей дачи или связанными собственноручно носками и варежками берут три тысячи рублей, то теперь по инициативе "народных избранников" станут брать десять.
