на суде Белая говорила, что на пиктограмме запечатлена дисперсия, а "графический образ стал популярным благодаря культовому альбому Pink Floyd”, а в жалобе писала, что «не имеет отношения к ЛГБТ-движению», воспитывает ребенка и состоит в отношениях с мужчиной.
все это не убедило судей, и ее оштрафовали на 2 тысячи рублей (штраф по этой статье ужесточат, но пока — по современным меркам — он смешной)
