Директор департаменту промисловості КМДА Володимир Костіков мав зробити систему ярмарків прозорою, за дорученням мера. Минув місяць, а результату нуль.
Чому? Бо за цією “затримкою” стоять прізвища, гроші й старі зв’язки. Я неодноразово давав доручення. І вони ігноруються. Як мої, так і Кличка, до речі.
Коли чиновники саботують зміни навіть під час війни — це навіть не бездіяльність, а зрада громади. Це не поясниш відсутністю часу чи грошей. Тому що на банкети є і те, й друге. І навіть в робочий час гуляти умудряються.
А потім ми говоримо, що в міста недостатньо коштів на захист критичної інфраструктури. Ну так їх і не буде, якщо так працювати.
