Вчера Путин подписал указ об обязательной репатриации и продаже валютной выручки рядом экспортеров. Под указ попали 43 группы компаний, работающих в черной и цветной металлургии, зерновом производстве, лесной и химической промышленности, а также в секторах топливно-энергетического комплекса.
