Минфин Забайкальского края объявил конкурсы на предоставление трёх кредитных линий — по 1 млрд рублей каждая. Кредиты планируют брать под 16% годовых. Соответствующие документы опубликованы на сайте госзакупок.
Деньги понадобились срочно — их нужно будет перевести с 27 по 29 декабря 2023 года. Кредиты нужны для "финансирования дефицита бюджета и (или) погашения долговых обязательств Забайкальского края", сказано в документах.
Госдолг Забайкалья, по данным минфина на ноябрь 2023 года, составил 38,54 млрд рублей. Ещё в октябре он был 34,88 млрд. За год обязательства региона выросли почти на 7 млрд рублей.

They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
