И сюда можно привезти кого угодно, хоть табуретку на трех ножках, вложить в ее раскрутку пару рублей и телеграм-каналов и вуаля - хоть Даванков, хоть другой нонейм станет губернатором легко и непринужденно. Последним таким гастролером в формате "я столичная знаменитость, давайте, псковичи, голосуйте за меня" был в 1995 году известный журналист Невзоров, ныне, кажется, полностью запрещенный и осужденный. Но это так не работает, причем давно.
