Любой желающий мог попробовать взломать и самоутвердиться. На это дело отвели неделю. Неделя прошла - система не взломана. Другого ответа, понятное дело, быть не могло - если бы систему взломали, партия выглядела бы в, мягко говоря, невыгодном свете. Но все обошлось. Хотя систему пробовали поломать многие хакеры из-за рубежа, в т.ч. коллективного Запада. Остается понять, вырастет ли от этого доверие к ДЭГ и электронным технологиям на выборах в целом. Консерватизм русского народа не так-то просто преодолеть.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
