Не очень понятно, помнят ли сейчас раскручивающие феномен «плачущего Дюмина» про феномен «плачущего большевика» Н.И. Рыжкова. Которому до самой своей смерти это прозвище аукалось и очень мешало адекватной оценке его трудов на благо страны. Так что с Дюминым может выйти такая же история, если работающие на него(?) пиарщики не знают или не помнят историю.
