В Люберцах депутат подозревается в получении взяток
Предположительно речь идёт о депутате от ЕР Алексее Орлове, который по совместительству является директором МУ «Парк культуры и отдыха».
По данным следствия, с 2021 года подозреваемый получал взятки от предпринимателей в размере от 14 до 100 тысяч рублей за размещение нестационарных торговых объектов в парке городского округа Люберцы.
По двум из эпизодов депутат совершил преступления совместно с заведующей сектором МУ «Парк культуры и отдыха», которая также подозревается в получении взяток.
В настоящее время устанавливаются иные аналогичные эпизоды преступной деятельности подозреваемого. Сегодня следствие ходатайствует перед судом об избрании в отношении него меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
