Депутата «Единой России» от Колпино задержали накануне при выходе из Мариинского дворца. До этого он участвовал в заседании бюджетно-финансового комитета. К тому моменту глава районной администрации Юлия Логвиненко, задержанная за получение взятки, уже сутки находилась в СК. Милюту, говорит собеседник «Фонтанки», следствие считает организатором схемы. Ему тоже вменяют статью 290 УК РФ часть 6 (взятка в особо крупном размере).

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
