Уже в этом году Владивосток получит более 1 млрд рублей на замену самых проблемных участков теплосетей. Важно, чтобы объем расходов на модернизацию инфраструктуры и далее поддерживался на высоком уровне, снижая риски крупных аварий в будущем.
