Сейчас дом в закрытых продажах, ценник варьируется от 1,6 мульта до 3,2 мульта. Рынок роскошной Москвы продолжает расти. Людям по-прежнему некуда пристраивать свои сотни миллионов, поэтому они пристраиваются в элитные квартиры в центре Москвы.
