«Господин Макрон говорил о мирной инициативе ЕС. Это относительно новый механизм, в рамках которого Молдова получит помощь в размере 40 млн. евро. Они поступят не сразу. Эта сумма рассчитана на более длительный период. В рамках этой поддержки мы получим помощь, нелетальное оснащение, которое относится, например, к медицинскому обслуживанию армии, и многое другое. Мы должны обсудить и летальное оснащение или оружие, если возможно получить такую помощь, особенно бесплатно».
При этом президент Молдовы заявила, что страна «не планирует начать войну против кого бы то ни было».
