Корреспонденты «Протокол.Самара» в рамках эксперимента попытались открыть заблокированный сайт нашего издания — и у них это получилось!
Напомним, ранее Роскомнадзор ограничил доступ к сайту «Протокола» и блокировал его сайт-зеркало.
Также пользователи из разных городов сообщают, что запрещенные цензурой сайты открываются не у всех.
