«На кадрах запечатлены портреты самого Булгакова, а также картины с Шойгу и другими чиновниками Минобороны. Одна из картин выполнена по мотивам «Совета в Филях» художника Алексея Кившенко. На ней Шойгу изображен в роли генерала Михаила Кутузова, его бывший заместитель Руслан Цаликов — в роли генерала Михаила Барклая де Толли. На картине также присутствуют экс-заместители министра обороны Татьяна Шевцова, Тимур Иванов и другие чиновники».
