В результате атаки украинских беспилотников, которая произошла в ночь на 14 января, на Саратовском нефтеперерабатывающем заводе были повреждены по меньшей мере два резервуара. Спутниковые снимки НПЗ опубликовал расследовательский проект "Схемы" Украинской службы Радио Свобода.
Отмечается, что этот НПЗ находится недалеко от авиабазы "Энгельс", где расположены стратегические бомбардировщики Ту-95 и Ту-160, которые российская армия систематически использует для обстрелов территории Украины.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
